Vishnu
Exhibition of Indian art which focused on the Hindu deity Vishnu and his many avatars. The identity was created using a pre-release of Katari, a font designed by the brilliant Erin McLaughlin. To create the pattern, letters from Katari were dissected and put them back together so that the shapes in the pattern would have the same curves and edges as the font.

Temporary installation of the Brooklyn Museum's African collection. The museum's house font, Brooklynesque, was used as the primary font in the design of the didactics. Maps were created to visualize areas populated by ancient kingdoms and empires, early 20th-century colonization and current political boundaries. Along the wall, white vinyl was used to create a pattern of Sankofa symbols, the white on white giving the pattern a subtle aspect, while the sizes give them great impact.Exhibition Design, Graphic Design2011 -
Exhibition of a selection of the Brooklyn Museum's Indian art curated through an interactive website, which asked the museum's online community to quickly rate images of selected pieces of artwork against one another. The data was analyzed and the pieces shown were chosen out of areas where the data had an interesting story to tell.
